A few weeks ago I told you about the mustard yellow color was popular. I personally can't pull it off with my blonde hair. But.... I had my old nanny girl in town visiting and she has the perfect skin tone and hair color to pull it off. She was staying with me to do some school shopping so I insisted we do some pictures in her new yellow sweater.

I am not saying that blonde's can't pull this color off, but brown hair tends to go better. We also found this awesome scarf that had a hint of the same color that really tied the outfit all together. Mckenna is 16 so her sense of style is a little more "fresh" than mine. So it was fun to see her put together the outfit. She paired it with some grey conductor jeans and black flat shoes. I love the young and casual vibe she brought to the outfit. I think I probably would dressed it up more, due to the fact that I'm mostly ALWAYS overdressed.
I include far too many photos than I normally do, but I had way too much fun taking photos of her. I prefer to be behind the camera than in front of it. It was fun to take time to practice my camera skills with a real life model and not my dog or with food photos. She always was a dream to photograph, she's a beautiful girl with an even more beautiful and spunky personality. She was so patient with me changing lens and settings and never complained. Well she might of made some goofy faces at me a few times.
