Back at it with the workouts! I was in Santa Barbara this weekend for a wedding and was chatting by the pool with my girlfriends. They were talking about how they are always in search of new HIIT workouts. I said you are in luck I have a few sitting in my inbox from Jessica. So I figured I'd share some of them with you today!
What I love about both of these workouts is that the moves are simple. Nothing fancy here you can even do this workout at home. And you can modify as much as you want and use whatever kind of weights you want. It's truly perfect. I will say I haven't tried any of these workouts, but judging from the moves I know they will be good.
Jessica posted this workout on instagram @ The_Mom_Bod a few days ago. I kind of took it as my base and ran with it. I know when I do a HIIT workout I like to always add in a cardio move. The workout she posted was focused on weights so I simply added a cardio move into each round. You can pick your own cardio moves I added my personal favorites in.
If you are looking for more great cardio body weight exercises to help get your heart rate up between the weights I found this article with 35 moves. It is kind of amazing so feel free to add any of these into your workout as well. I am bookmarking this page so I can refer back to it at the gym. Remember you can add any cardio move to the workouts I post to make them a little more challenging. You can CLICK HERE again to view the article.
Big thank you to Jessica @The_Mom_Bod for her awesome workout ideas. I know I love following her so when I do get into a rut at the gym I pull her instagram account up and there is a workout waiting for me to try!
Cheers,
Jess
