This is my first fall being in my 30's, being a mom, and being back home in Eastern Washington where I don't have to deal with rain. Fashion has become so fun for me again, last year being pregnant I was just trying to not look 1000 lbs so now that I am finally getting my pre baby body back I've been loving rediscovering my style and obviously buying new stuff. Moving back to Eastern Washington brings a lack of clothing stores, but it gives me access to my Mom's closet which is almost as good as a Nordstrom department store. Plus all the clothes are free so it's even better:) I stole this new vest from her and she might not be getting it back.
As excited as I am about the vest, I'm equally excited about these olive colored shoes. They give me a little height yet are so comfortable and perfect for running a million miles an hour. I can't even imagine how much busier I'm going to be once my little one starts crawling I already feel like I'm always running around the house. These shoes also come in black and another color they are under $100 and a great buy.
Romantic florals are also in for fall. I decided to pair this super old floral blouse with the military style vest. I love the contrast between the romantic and the utility vest. Gone are the days of striped shirts and olive vest, bring on the floral tones. Like the last few posts you can see how I love mixing up the styles, textures, and patterns.
This was such a fun outfit and everything is pretty much for sale for under $100. Which is the price point I prefer!
