We have had quite a few new readers lately so I wanted to take a minute and welcome you all. Thanks for checking us out. We blog about whats currently going on in our lives, but if there is something you want to see more of please let us know. This recipe is from the current episode of 24CH, so for all of those of you who have been asking….here it is!
We are big breakfast people in our house. A hearty breakfast is always nice for the hubby before he heads off to practice, and this is one of our favorites. We even add cool whip or ice cream sometimes and eat it as a dessert.
Berry Oatmeal Bake

While the bananas are baking in a medium bowl combine oats, nuts, baking powder and cinnamon. In a small bowl mix remaining honey, milk, egg and vanilla extract.
Once the bananas have softened remove from oven. Layer oat mixture over bananas.. Then pour the milk mixture over oats evenly. Finish it off with a layer of the berries, using whats left.
