So I've been crazy about eye cream for years. I wish I could tell you I have an eye cream that I love love love but what I have noticed is as I have age or the season's change my under eyes require something a little different. With this pregnancy my skin is really dry so I've been really into gels which is something I have never used before. So I am sharing my top 10 eye creams and the best part of the top 10 is that 5 or 6 are all under $30. You don't always have to pay an arm and a leg for eye cream. And if I could tell my 18 year old self anything I'd say start using eye creams NOW. I didn't really get into them till about 24 (which is younger than most) but I wish I would of started even earlier.
The Dream Team!
Peter Thomas Roth Retinol Fusion Eye Cream- $55
Retinol should be an ingredient you use in your eye creams and after trying a few different ones Peter Thomas Roth has such a great retinol cream for a great price. Long story short this cream release of potent retinol over eight hours to help diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles. It also has vitamin C and E which should be in your eye cream as well.
Murad Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum $85 * My Second Runner Up For Retinol Creams
This serum will help like the PTR above. I really enjoyed this eye cream but found that the one above worked just as good and was $30 cheaper.
Trish McEvoy Beauty Booster Eye Serum - $100
So this is one product I have been using for almost 3 years. I am only on my second bottle so it is a pretty penny but it does last for nearly a year. This is my little peptide punch... it helps with fine lines, puffiness, and dark circles.
Rodan and Fields Intensive Renewing Serum- $100
I don't just use this on my eyes I use this on my forehead, smile lines, and my under eyes. This serum works for firming, smoothing and has vitamin A. Intensive Renewing Serum is the closest you can get to prescription-strength Vitamin A without a prescription. I don't use this everyday I use it every other day but it is something I have worked into my skin routine and love it!
