Great legs are something I know I strive for, I turn green with envy every time I see Carrie Underwood take the stage. This girl has the best legs and the reality is these comes with good workouts and clean eating.
I personally dread leg day, but I can’t have Carrie Underwood legs without doing a few leg exercises. Monday is always leg day for me, the rest of the week I usually do a full body workout, but on Monday’s I like to work my legs hard. I thought with you I’d share with you a few of my favorite leg exercises. FYI When I’m doing most of these exercise I have 15 dumbbell weights in each hand.
