While on vacation last week we pretty much lived in hiking clothes. I love mountain towns cause you can be so casual all the time. We hiked everyday and then would usually go to lunch after and one night we even wore our hiking clothes to dinner. I wanted to blog about a few of my favorite hiking outfits and to change your hiking outfit up a little.
After hiking to the location below we went straight to lunch. My feet were a dirty mess so I made sure I packed another pair of shoes and socks. I tossed my hiking shoes in the car and swapped them out for a clean pair. It's amazing how a clean pair of shoes can transform your outfit... ha ha:) I love wearing workout tops that don't really look like workout tops. In Scottsdale there is a Calvin Klein athletic store, I love their tops and other tops from places like Athleta and Lulu. The do tend to be a bit more spendy, but I wear them as a "lifestyle" piece more than a workout piece so it's worth the price.
When we went to lunch I also threw on this little demin shirt. Adding a plaid, denim shirt or even a leather jack also helps turn your hiking outfit into a lunch friendly one. I also wear my hair in a low ponytail when I hike so it's easy to untie it and wear it down.
Baby Leo wore some sweet little overalls for his hiking and lunch outfit!
This section is for my nursing moms out there. I searched far and wide and found this sports bra that was supportive enough but would also be easy to nurse it. I found this one at the adidas employee store and stocked up on a few. BEST SPORTS BRA EVER!

As you can see this is all very affordable. Remember you can wear this not only hiking but this is a great outfit for running errands or just wearing around the house.
