Denim is all over right now. I've been seeing the denim dress everywhere. It is hard to find a dress that I can wear since I'm nursing so I was attracted to this dress and the button down feature. It's cute and casual. I have seen this styled with lots of camel brown, stripes and olive greens. I love how it looked, but I decided to see if I could make it look a big edgier. I opted to try it with black and a bold red lip for a night out of the town. And by night out on the town I mean I got ready for pictures and sat out on our deck and enjoyed a glass of wine with my husband then went and put my sweats back on.
I love the color of the dress and the fit. It is perfect for the spring or summer nights. It felt really comfortable and can be styled more causal like I suggested above with an olive colored bomber jacket or a camel colored purse and brown flats.

I paired it with these Lucky Brand peep toed booties. I've been so into peep toed booties this spring. I love the heel height and mostly the chunky heels. Have I talked enough on this blog about my love of chunky heels?
