Kitchen REMODEL

We have owned our Kelowna home for a few years now, but since we are only here a couple months a year the remodeling and decorating is coming along very slowly. One thing we have managed to get done is our kitchen. We hated pretty much everything about it when we bought it so we completely redid it. We just put on the last finishing touches this past week so I couldn't wait to share.

I got all my throw pillows at TJ Max / Home Sense but I found these similar styled ones online.

There is still a lot of work to do around here but as we finish each room I will do a post. The next project is finishing up the bathroom and living room….stay tuned!

Love every detail of it. I am jealous of your kitchen. It is beautiful, clear and it will be, I am sure, a real pleasure to cook and just relax with family and friends in this environment. Great work!

It's absolutely beautiful! So airy and light! The white surfaces make it look so much bigger. Curious though about the piece of art (wood?) by the window in the first picture and again lower down. What is that? It's really nice! Is that something you bought or was it hand carved?

The piece of wood is actually cow brands from different generations on my husbands side of the family. So they used the brand to burn that in to the wood. One of my favorite pieces in our house, looks neat and has meaning behind it!

Beautiful absolutely beautiful looks so much fresher and brighter you guys did a great job.... The white cupboards really do make a big difference. Can't wait to see the rest of the changes ...

Ooo I love a while kitchen! We have the same knife set :) Your industrial light fixture pairs perfectly with your table and chairs! Same feel! Looks so good!
