Here we go a little fall fashion for you, this outfit screams fall and would be perfect to wear for Thanksgiving. I was a little hesitant to wear floral in the fall but this floral is fall ready. If an outfit isn't what you are here for feel free to scroll down and check out some photos of what we have been up to. October has been the busiest month for us, we have been on the go non stop. So check out those photos below including the best school photo of all time. If you care about some fashion then there is some of that for you in here as well.
And A little Life Update!
It has busy busy busy here this October. First my girlfriend from high school who I haven't seen in 5 years came and visited from South Carolina. We picked up right where we left off and it was a simply amazing time having her. I can't wait to pack up our family and go visit her at the beach in the Carolinas soon!
Then the girl time continued and I flew to Arizona with my friend Brooke to go visit our friend Liz and watch the UW vs. UofA football game. More girl time, more fun, and a whole lot of relaxing. I think this trip needs to be a yearly thing because the company was the best and the weather in Arizona in October was ideal! Oh and the Huskies won.
Birthdays Birthday Birthdays! My Mom celebrated her 60th birthday and we decorated her entire yard. There was no missing if you were driving by that it was her 60th birthday.
Jay turned 35 in October as well. We celebrated his birthday being pretty mellow, we made homemade pizzas, ate cake, and watched a movie. This is what birthdays look like with kids.
We also celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary by doing a little wine tasting. It was so fun to take some time just the two of us. I feel so lucky that we live only 30 minutes away from so many amazing wineries.
The kids are doing great. Leo is still loving school and learned to ride his bike without training wheels. Monroe is as busy and wild as ever. I swear life gets busier as she gets older, she keeps us on our toes that is for sure. We are all looking forward to Halloween and dressing up.
Lastly, how do I not share this photo! Leo had a black eye for his school pictures but little did I know he would be doing a closed mouth smile and looking like the biggest bully on the block. Despite his tough looking facade he is actually the sweetest boy. But this photo might be the best school photo of all time! 3 years old and cruisin for a bruisin.
Cheers,
Jess
