This summer I got quite a bit of reading done and there are two books that really stood out to me. I have already passed them on to my mother and sister and they are enjoying them just as much as I did, so I thought you all would probably like them as well.
First off, 'The Body Book' by Cameron Diaz. Now, I have never been a Diaz fan but after hearing such great things about her book I decided to give it a read. I now consider myself a fan. Her book was right up my alley, all about a holistic look on life with nutrition and fitness being most important. Find a full review and how to buy here.
Then there is 'The Untethered Soul' by Michael A. Singer. This takes you, as the title suggests, on a journey beyond yourself. This book shows the importance of inner peace and freedom. Sounds deep, but it is very insightful and I found myself noting in agreement with every page. Find it here.
I tend to read first thing in the morning while I drink my coffee. These were the perfect books for that. It was great to start my day mindful and motivated by what I read. I highly suggest both of these books.
Cheers,
Ang
