Headed to Mexico on Monday with our dear friends Tony and Alana! We are so excited to spend time with them and relax. Both Alana and I’s husbands are in residency so to have them for 7 straight days is a miracle, let along 7 straight days in Mexico unplugged! Beach, sun, skinny margaritas, mexican food, best friends…PURE BLISS!! I decided to do a Mexico inspired fashion post and with Cinco de Mayo being right around the corner it seemed even more fitting.
I also have more exciting news, this Friday couldn’t get any better. I am so happy to introduce you to Champagne + Shimmer’ first guest blogger!

Ang is a girlfriend of mine I have known since we were 11 (whoa 17 years). She resides in Montreal Canada (most of the time) with her husband Carey and two handsome pups! Ang has a passion for photography, family, nutrition, working out, laughing, learning, the outdoors, traveling, God, and animals. I personally can talk to her for hours about nutrition and cooking, this girl knows all the secrets. She will be posting for the first time on Monday and hopefully it will turn into a regular thing. (We have some fun ideas up our sleeves)! I have learned so much from her and I know you will enjoy all her knowledge she has to give.
