Sweater Round Up

Every fall I enjoy finding some new sweaters. This year I snagged a few more. I hate saying this but I am one that will buy something that is more considered "fast fashion" if I feel like the sweater is something that is going to be more trendy. So I did a little round up of 3 different type of styles that will take you through fall and winter. In other news hope everyone is doing well. The past few weeks haven't been my favorite so I decided yesterday it was time to put up some Christmas. My house is very confused one room is fall the next is Christmas! I usually wait till mid November but I feel like there are no rules this year. Read below about Monroe's little disaster of a fall Monroe had this week.

Look at this little cutie she is wearing an adult size headband from target. I was shocked she left it in her hair for so long. Poor little girl smacked her face yesterday and I can't even begin to tell you the amount of blood. She is our wild card and I am so thankful my parents live across the street cause when I called my mom and she was screaming. I said get here she's bleeding really bad; my mom was over in 25 seconds we realized after she didn't even put shoes on!  My Dad quickly came over as well but he made sure to put his shoes on. I'm thankful my Dad was here, it is no secret my mom and I are not great with blood. Because her nose was bleeding and she was coughing up blood I didn't even know where it was coming from. My mom was just running around frantic trying to call jay and I was just trying to comfort her. Thank goodness my Dad came in and handled it like boss. Checking out her face, teeth, etc. While I love having a husband and father in law who are doctors it was nice this week that my Dad pulled through. She has a very swollen nose and it is black and blue on her nose and into her cheek but I don't think anything is broken. It is just a matter of time until we go down that road with her.  Ahhh but we survived and you better believe I poured myself a big ole glass of wine that night. Moral of the story is parenting is hard and I am SOOOO thankful for family.

FIrst off I love this color blue, I think baby blue looks so good on everyone. I got at Vici  and I think it has a nice crop to it. The perfect crop for a 30 something old! I am linking a few more of my favorite blue sweaters below.

HOLIDAY LOOK

This is one of my favorite holiday looks. I love a cream / ivory sweater paired with a pair of faux leather spanxs and booties. I think this outfit can be considered dressy or casual. It really is a must have in your holiday wardrobe.
