I purchased this dress this winter with no where to wear it. I just saw it at Anthropolgie and fell in love with it. Needless to stay I have yet to still wear it other than for these blog photos. It is such a beautiful dress and is so versatile as it can be worn as an easter dress or to a wedding. More about this "every occasion dress" below....

How beautiful is the detailing of the dress. The lace, the neckline, the sleeves, the belt..... basically everything. It has so many different textures and patterns going on but it all just works. I really love the lace at the top around the neckline. This certainly is a dress that you should wear your hair up with. I love the color blocking it has going on to create a slimming effect.

I paired this dress with some simple black heels, two small silver bangles and a black clutch. There is a lot going on with this dress so having simple accessories is key. I also love the longer hemline, I've never been one to wear this hemline because I was afraid it would make me look shorter, but I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. The great thing about this hemline is that it is more conservative so this is a dress you could easily wear to church and Easter brunch, but you could also wear a business event or even a wedding. It really is the all-encompassing dress.

Now let's talk about my lips, because this dress is black and white so I went with a bold lip. This was my first time using LipSense and I love it. The color I'm wearing here is called Redwood. This stuff is legit and it lasts all day, I'm a big big fan! My girlfriend Melissa who sells this will be having a pop up at Blankspace coming up..... more about that later. The bad news is this dress is SOLD OUT!! The good news is with spring fashion in the stores there are countless lace combo options! I came up with quite a few different dresses that are similar. The first dress shown comes in black as well. It is to DIE for!
