Mother's Day is right around the corner.... Sunday! I can't believe I will be celebrating my 3rd Mother's Day. I have done all types of Mother's Day thus far, our first Mother's Day we were flying home from Arizona with a 3 month old (not the most fun). The second Mother's Day we were in Vegas sans kids and this Mother's Day Jay is working and we will be relaxing at home. Since Jay works he decided to make me my "Mother's Day" dinner a week early. So this Mother's Day will be a bit more quiet, but that sounds perfect to me. I also took a little time to spoil myself at Columbia Center Mall in Tri-Cities.
I decided to treat myself to a new outfit at Columbia Center Mall, this isn't your traditional Mother's Day outfit but it is one that I will actually wear. Let me tell you about the places I stopped in at to create this outfit. First I popped into Motherhood Maternity to buy my first pair of maternity shorts. I am hoping not to buy a lot of maternity stuff since I'm pregnant in the summer but I am planning on having to get a few pair of maternity shorts. I am so happy we have a Motherhood Maternity locally as it is such a good place to get all your basics during pregnancy and postpartum.
Next I popped over to Macy's and picked up a spring time bomber jacket by Free People. I always forget our local Macy's carries the brand Free People. It is such a great brand and their selection is great. I also grabbed this cute t-shirt perfect for spring. I accessorized with a clutch I got around Valentines Day at Charming Charlie and wedges I picked up at DSW.
Lastly Harry Ritche's Jewelers gifted me this sweet little Mother's Day pendant. So girls make sure you remind your husband's of all the jewelry stores at Columbia Center and make sure he pops into one this year.
I almost made it out of the mall but was pulled in by the prettiest candle display at Bath and Body Works. I mean how pretty are these candles? The scents are amazing to match the packaging. I even grabbed one for my Mom this Mother's Day.

Tri-Cities Mama's are you looking for something to do this Friday evening. Check out this little Mother's Day Soiree. I love that Columbia Center Mall is recognizing that Mom's sometimes need a little time away from our kiddos to relax and spoil ourselves. So I'd suggest checking out this event.
We had such a fun and busy weekend. We accomplished all of the stuff on our outdoor to do list this weekend but we only got to about 1/2 of the stuff on the inside. So this Monday I am not spoiling myself but instead trying to get my house back into tip top shape!
Cheers,
Jess
