It only takes 15 minutes….or 30 minutes if you are hard core and want to go through it twice! For one minute you are on the treadmill (at a different incline each time) giving it your all. For the next minute you move off the treadmill and do the floor exercise. Obviously you won't be sprinting too hard when you are at a 10 incline, but just give it your best. The floor exercises might feel like a nice break at the beginning, but by the end of that minute you will be ready to get back on that treadmill!
