I am not buying a ton for this new baby, if anything I have been able to give away a lot of stuff from Leo that we don't need. With Leo we were back and forth for the first 6 months between Portland and Tri-Cities. Mainly living in Portland, but instead of hauling everything between the two houses I ended up buying a lot of duplicates. Clearly we didn't need to buy a lot of new gear or really anything new in that department. But I did buy a few new little things. So today I'm going over the 10 new items for baby #2.
1. Auto Gliding Bassinet- We got sent this for a sponsored instagram post, but I think it is one of the items I'm most excited about. We didn't have a bassinet for Leo he just slept in a pack and play. This one has an automatic rocking feature which is pretty awesome.
2. New Dock A Tot Deluxe and Grand Cover- Our dock a tots were looking pretty rough so we got new covers for them. My sweet friend gifted us a new deluxe cover and we bought a new grand cover. This thing is my sleep savor so I didn't mind spending money on new covers.
3. Different Types of Pacifiers- I ordered 3 new types of pacifiers. Leo never took a paci so I'm hoping we can try and get baby girl to take one. I did a little research on best pacifiers and decided to try a few. If I do get her to take one I'll give you an update.
4. Glass Bottles- So I really loved using glass bottles with Leo especially when he got a little older. So I bought a few more to add to my supply. I'm also trying a few different brands so once I find one that I really love I will also share with you.

5.Pink Fawn Design Diaper Bag - I'm planning on using most of my diaper bags from Leo, but I did want one really girlie bag and went with this blush pink fawn design one.
6. Baby's First Years - This is the same brand of baby book we used with Leo. I really liked it and so we decided to use the same book .

7. Baby Blanket - I ordered one from Neiman Marcus that matches Leo's little baby blanket and I also got a Little Giraffe blanket from Hautelook. With Leo we got so many baby blankets but since I didn't have a shower for this baby we haven't really gotten any blankets. We have been gifted one swaddle blanket and then I bought her 2 other swaddle blankets so she doesn't have all blue and boy ones. But we don't have any heavier blanket blankets so I got her two. The rest of the time she will just have to use the blue ones from her brother.
8. Haakaa Pump- My girlfriend has sworn by using this for catching extra milk while nursing. So for only $13 I thought we might as while try this.

9. Car Seat Cover- My girlfriend has this same cover so I decided to try it. We already have a JJ Cole winter cover that she can use from Leo. But I thought for fall this one would be great!
10. Clothes-
And obvi a lot of new baby clothes. We have had some amazing hand me downs and some presents, but I still can't resist buying her new stuff! Check out my favorite items!

As you can see this poor baby isn't getting a ton of new stuff, but she did get a a girl decked out nursery so she will one day enjoy that!
