Is everyone keeping with those new year resolutions and getting to the gym? I have found that if I am already in my workout clothes I am more likely to get a work out in. Just simply throwing on your lulu's and runners when you get home after work instead of going right to the sweats can be enough to burn a few more calories than usual. I am more likely to jog out to get the mailbox, take a walk after dinner or go play fetch the with dogs if I am already dressed for the occasion. Because lets face it, once I am in my sweats there is no getting me out of them.
Same concept, on the weekend when I am just running errands or working around the house I try to incorporate workout clothes in to my look. I am always ready to get a little active, or even stop my the gym on my way home for just a quick 20 minute jog.
Nothing here is actually maternity clothes. Just high waist lululemon leggings and a lululemon tank. Paired with a little sweater and a baseball cap it is a look you can take anywhere.
