Summer is upon us, so time to get outside and get your workout on. My girlfriend and I have been doing weekly challenges. Last week we did 100 burpees a day for 10 days. It was a great way to keep moving throughout the day. Most days I'd break them up into 10 or 20 and do them throughout the day, but a few days I incorporated them into a workout. It was a good one so I figured I'd write it down it is a great workout cause you don't need any equipment or alot of time. So lace up your tennis shoes, head outside in your backyard and give this workout a try.
100 burpees are hard enough on their own, but adding in these other exercises will give you a full body workout. I also am adding in the links to a few other great outdoor workouts. I'm all about fast and effective workouts right now. I don't have the luxury of going to the gym with a baby and a husband who works alot. So these workouts are all I can manage. I've also started jogging again, so if you go on a 2-3 mile after doing this you'll be really feeling it!
